We're partnering with a leading developer and owner of mission-critical infrastructure to hire two Development Project Managers to support the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale data center developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Construction Managers who have transitioned into development-focused roles, or professionals with a strong understanding of construction delivery, preconstruction, and project execution who are looking to move further upstream in the project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead projects from site selection and due diligence through design, permitting, preconstruction, and construction.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with internal development, design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and external partners throughout project delivery.
- Support utility coordination, entitlement processes, and development milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing large-scale construction or development projects.
- Strong understanding of mission-critical, data center, industrial, commercial, or complex infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of TFO (Turnover, Fit-Out & Operations) processes and project handover requirements.
- Background in construction management, project management, owner's representative, or development roles.
- Strong commercial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
