What You'll Do
Be a Trusted Partner
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across assigned business units.
- Lead recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning conversations.
- Develop customized sourcing and interview strategies to attract top talent.
- Build strong partnerships with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.
Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate information within the ATS and HRIS.
- Facilitate reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate competitive employment offers.
Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Communicate proactively and professionally throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure candidates feel informed, valued, and engaged at every touchpoint.
- Support new hires through their transition into the organization.
Support Growth Initiatives
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts.
- Assist with new site launches and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for field operations, skilled trades, utilities, energy, or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location & Travel
- Hybrid work environment
- Up to 20% travel
- Participation in career fairs, hiring events, and new site start-ups as needed
