What You'll Do

Be a Trusted Partner

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across assigned business units.
  • Lead recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning conversations.
  • Develop customized sourcing and interview strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build strong partnerships with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.

Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate information within the ATS and HRIS.
  • Facilitate reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate competitive employment offers.

Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally throughout the hiring journey.
  • Ensure candidates feel informed, valued, and engaged at every touchpoint.
  • Support new hires through their transition into the organization.

Support Growth Initiatives

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts.
  • Assist with new site launches and large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for field operations, skilled trades, utilities, energy, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.


Work Location & Travel

  • Hybrid work environment
  • Up to 20% travel
  • Participation in career fairs, hiring events, and new site start-ups as needed
