Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This individual will play a hybrid role, combining traditional investor relations responsibilities with product specialist and fundraising support functions. The Associate will work closely with senior members of the Investor Relations and Investment Teams to engage with institutional investors, support fundraising initiatives, and provide detailed knowledge of our investment products and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, delivering timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Support fundraising campaigns by preparing marketing materials, investor presentations, RFPs, and DDQs.
- Act as a product specialist, developing a deep understanding of the firm’s funds, strategies, and portfolio companies to effectively communicate with investors.
- Collaborate with investment teams to translate technical and financial information into clear investor communications.
- Assist in managing the fundraising pipeline, tracking investor engagement, and supporting roadshows and investor meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, product management, investment banking, or private placement; prior exposure to private markets or clean energy preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate investment strategies and performance drivers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
