Position Overview:
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join their Finance Team to play a critical role in shaping and leading their financial planning and analysis function as the company continues to grow. The FP&A Manager will work hand-in-hand with department leaders to ensure financial strategies align with organizational priorities, improve reporting frameworks for precision and efficiency, and advance forecasting models and analytical systems that drive sustainable growth and data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, working closely with department leaders to ensure financial plans support overall business objectives.
- Create and present monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards, including in-depth variance analysis and actionable financial insights for leadership.
- Act as the main finance partner for business units, providing guidance on budget management, spending oversight, staffing plans, and special financial analyses.
- Continuously refine and update the company’s FP&A models to improve accuracy and usability.
- Lead the adoption and enhancement of FP&A systems, reporting tools, and automated processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance decision-support capabilities throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Experience in energy, power, renewables, or infrastructure industries
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in FP&A systems, ERPs, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, paired with communication and presentation skills.
