About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Build executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and insights that influence operations.
- Advise the CEO and CFO on financial strategy, profitability, and margin improvement.
- Deliver timely financial reporting and presentations to executive leadership.
- Translate data into actionable insights across product, delivery, and go-to-market functions.
- Support acquisitions, integration, and process alignment as the company scales.
- Operate as a strategic business leader—not just a financial one—with analyst support.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance decision-making in customer-facing operations.
Qualifications
- 8 years of progressive finance and operations experience.
- Strong FP&A background with experience advising business unit leaders.
- Background in professional services, SaaS, or client-centric environments preferred.
- Commercial mindset—able to connect financial insights to business outcomes.
- M&A and integration experience.
- Excellent communicator with senior leadership presence.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving, private-equity-backed environment.
- Experience in or exposure to the retail or restaurant sector strongly preferred.
Compensation
$130K–$150K base bonus.
