Spectrum Search has partnered with an extremely successful company looking to add a Revenue Accounting Manager.
This is a high-impact role with exposure well beyond Accounting — not a heads-down close-only position.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue accounting operations and ASC 606 compliance
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing revenue team
- Build, improve, and automate revenue models and workflows
- Work with large, complex data sets to reconcile and validate revenue
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales
- Support quarterly filings and audits
- Interface with external stakeholders on revenue performance and questions
Required
- 5–8 years of revenue accounting experience – CPA preferred
- Strong command of ASC 606 and GAAP in a public company environment
- Comfort working with big data and modern data tools
- Experience with SQL-based environments (Alteryx a strong plus)
- A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve and scale processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across the business
