What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Automation Analyst position at Spectrum Search Group?
Spectrum Search is working with a top company in north Dallas that is building its first true enterprise AI function. This candidate will join a team of specialists to implement AI within all areas of the company and look for improvements and automation.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership to deploy AI-driven automation across finance, accounting, legal, and corporate operations in a multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-grade automations and AI agents across back-office functions
- Integrate existing enterprise systems (no rip-and-replace) using APIs, ETL, and workflow tools
- Automate reporting and data pipelines to replace manual spreadsheets
- Own execution of high-impact AI initiatives from idea to deployment
Required
- 4 years in automation, software engineering, or applied AI development (Claude)
- Strong Python and SQL; experience with APIs and multi-system integrations
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions into real workflows
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and shipping solutions quickly
- Experience in multi-entity or complex enterprise environments is a plus
- Someone truly curious about AI and how to apply it to functions
This role reports directly to an executive leader and has high visibility, ownership, and impact.
Depending on skill set and experience, this role will pay $100k–$120k base 15% bonus.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
