What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Automation Analyst position at Optimize Search Group?
Title: AI Automation Analyst
Location: Addison, TX (fully onsite)
Duration: Full Time
The AI Automation Analyst will build and deploy automation systems, AI agents, and workflow integrations that turn approved use cases into working tools across accounting, finance, legal, operations, and corporate functions.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will ship working automations, not slide decks. You will connect systems that already exist, eliminate manual work, and create measurable efficiency across the portfolio. You will work directly alongside the SVP of Strategy & Operations and own the technical execution of the division's highest-priority initiatives.
What You Will Build
Accounting & Finance Automation
- Automate high-volume, repetitive back-office workflows across accounting and finance functions
- Build integrations between enterprise systems to eliminate manual data movement and reconciliation
- Develop automated reporting pipelines that give leadership real-time visibility into financial performance
AI Agents & Skills
- Build and deploy reusable AI agents and standardized skills that scale across multiple business entities
- Design prompt libraries and agent frameworks that non-technical associates can use without support
- Maintain and improve deployed agents based on operational feedback and evolving business requirements
Data & Reporting Infrastructure
- Build live, queryable data models that replace static spreadsheet-based reporting
- Support data preparation and cleaning initiatives that underpin AI readiness across the portfolio
- Construct ETL pipelines that connect source systems to executive and operational dashboards
Enterprise Integrations
- Connect existing enterprise tools via REST APIs and workflow automation platforms — without ripping and replacing what works
- Evaluate and implement third-party AI tools through a structured pilot-and-validate process
- Enforce integration standards, security controls, and governance requirements across all builds
Core Languages: Python (REST APIs, scripting, automation), SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Experience & Qualifications
- 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, automation, or applied AI development
- Demonstrated track record shipping production automation systems not proofs of concept
- Experience deploying LLM-based solutions against real business workflows (finance, ops, or legal preferred)
- Hands-on background with multi-system integrations across enterprise environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into working technical implementations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity corporate environments is a plus
