What You’ll Do
Own branch performance: people, operations, and P&L
Lead and develop field teams across multiple service lines
Drive productivity, routing efficiency, and service quality
Partner with sales and leadership to support growth and retention
Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years leading operations in a service, route-based, or field environment
Proven success managing KPIs, budgets, and teams
Strong people leader with a hands-on, accountability-driven style
Experience in lawn care, pest control, facilities, utilities, or similar services preferred
