Title: Sr. Analyst, Strategy
Location: Dallas (Hybrid)
Comp: ~$95K base bonus compelling long-term upside
Currently working on a confidential search with a well-capitalized, growth-oriented real estate platform seeking a Sr. Analyst to support pricing strategy, financial modeling, and portfolio analytics.
This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization and performance across a national portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and maintaining asset & portfolio-level financial models
Supporting dynamic pricing and revenue strategy initiatives
Performing scenario analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support
Turning complex datasets into actionable insights for decision-making
Tracking performance metrics and delivering key operational reporting
Partnering with operations and asset management to enhance asset performance
Background sought:
3–5 years in real estate, investments, or analytics
Strong financial modeling skillset (advanced Excel required)
Exposure to pricing/revenue management is a plus
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Domo, etc.) preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Looking for someone sharp, analytical, and naturally curious who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
