Spectrum Search is partnering with a growing organization to add a hands-on Accounting Manager to support all aspects of accounting and lead the month-end close process.
Responsiblilties
- Own and drive the monthly close and review JEs, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee intercompany activity, allocations, and consolidations support
- Lead and develop a team of 3 accountants
- Strengthen close processes, controls, and documentation
- Partner closely with the Assistant Controller on reporting and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA preferred
- Public accounting and corporate accounting experience are both preferred
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month-end close and GAAP knowledge
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Prior people management or strong mentorship experience
There will be limited travel to the parent company's site during the first couple of months to meet the team, understand processes, etc.
Depending on experience and skill set, this role pays $120k-$140k 8%.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
