ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PT)
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Reports to: Operations Manager
Compensation: $50 - $65K

Your Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly each day. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, support our leadership team, and manage a wide range of administrative tasks with care and discretion. This position is perfect for someone who take pride in organization, communication, and creating a positive, professional workplace experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries with a friendly professional demeanor.
- Manage office records, filing systems, and general administrative workflows.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for team members and executives.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of employee policies and procedures.
- Coordinate daily calendars and logistics for operations and leadership teams.
- Provide administrative support to Operations Manager and Executive Team as needed.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or clerical work (manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred).
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Able to work approximately 30 hours per week with potential to increase to full-time 40 hours per week.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
