MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER

Location: West Valley City, UT

Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Engineering

Compensation: $125 - $145K bonus

Your Role:

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you’ll lead process control, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across high-volume production lines. You’ll manage a skilled team of engineer and technicians, ensuring robust processes, technical rigor, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving ownership, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee process documentation, validation, and change control.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to guide improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate across teams to solve issues and support product transitions or investigations.
• Provide technical direction for tooling, fixturing, and equipment improvements.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external technical support.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
• 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 2 years leading teams in a regulated environment. Experience with catheter manufacturing highly desired.
• Hands-on expertise with process development, validation, Lean/Six Sigma tools, and SPC.
• Strong technical skills in tooling, equipment, and process troubleshooting (DOE experience a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Preferred: ISO13485/FDA experience, Six Sigma certification, capital project management.
