Overview
Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced email campaign manager to lead demand generation strategy for our data storage and data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing data-driven campaign strategies. This individual will translate business goals into strategic campaigns and optimize performance across the full buyer journey.
What You Will Be Doing
Base salary range: $86,000 - $106,000. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location within the range. In addition, this position is eligible to receive incentive compensation based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved.

What You Will Be Doing
- Build and own demand generation strategies focused on email campaigns.
- Partner with marketing leadership to define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and campaign execution, ensuring campaigns support broader initiatives.
- Design and implement lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies to improve conversion and campaign performance.
- Establish campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies to continuously optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, applying data-driven insights and testing to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee execution of campaigns across channels (digital, email, webinars, and events), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign strategy, and B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that drive lead generation and support business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Experience with segmentation, persona development, and full-funnel campaign planning.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 a plus) and comfort working with campaign performance data.
