What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal Technical Marketing - Enterprise Infrastructure and Thought Leadership position at Spectra Logic?
Principal Technical Marketing (Enterprise Infrastructure & Thought Leadership)
Spectra Logic, a leader in data management and storage solutions, is seeking a Principal Technical Marketing professional to develop original technical perspectives, shape industry narratives, and create authoritative content focused on enterprise data infrastructure.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a technically grounded professional who can independently interpret real-world data center architectures, identify meaningful industry shifts and operator pain points, and translate those insights into clear, credible narratives and problem solving.
You will operate at the intersection of technology, market dynamics, and customer reality—helping define how Spectra Logic communicates its perspective on enterprise data storage challenges, AI-era infrastructure, cyber resilience, exabyte-scale growth, and long-term data preservation.
Success in this role means your perspectives are reflected both in published content and in how Spectra Logic engages with customers and the broader industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and Own the Technical Point of View
Identify trends and technologies and develop clear, defensible perspectives that shape Spectra Logic’s position on AI infrastructure, power and cost constraints, cyber resilience, and data growth. Independently originate themes and narratives that influence how the company communicates with the market.
