Account Manager / CSR
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Now Hiring for a manufacturing company in Rock Hill, SC seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Account Manager. This role serves as a key point of contact for our customers, supporting orders, managing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling phone calls and enjoys speaking with customers throughout the day.
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, particularly in manufacturing or industrial setting, are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and confidently
- Process customer orders, quotes, and account updates accurately
- Communicate with internal teams (production, shipping, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order status, and basic technical questions
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, account management, or inside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the workday
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Manufacturing or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
