We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Controller to elevate our financial operations and lead our accounting team through our next stage of growth. If you’re passionate about building strong financial reporting, implementing efficient processes, and developing people, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a timely month-end close (5–7 days).
- Lead and develop a small, capable accounting team — coaching, mentoring, and building strong bench strength.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial policies across the business.
- Partner with senior leadership to support business decisions with data-driven financial analysis.
- Optimize and modernize financial systems, with a focus on utilizing Zoho ERP.
- Support the transition of customers into long-term contracts and the evolution of our subscription model.
- Drive process improvements as we continue scaling a business that resells/white-labels chargers and provides full service, maintenance, and software capabilities.
