What You’ll Do (based on your strengths):
🔹 Tax: Compliance, process creation, and efficiency improvements
🔹 Bank Reconciliations and financial accuracy
🔹 Month-end schedules, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis
🔹 Optimize processes using technology and automation (Excel macros, ERP tools)
🔹 Work hands-on with fixed assets, intangibles, prepaid expenses, and reporting
🔹 Support financial audits, budget prep, and cross-functional accounting activities
🔹 Collaborate with CFO, Controller, and Tax teams
What You Bring:
✔ 2-4 years corporate accounting experience
✔ Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables—Bonus if you’re tech/process savvy)
✔ Analytical, dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
✔ Comfortable working fully on-site—this role is NOT remote
✔ Long-term mindset (they want someone who wants to stay and grow 5 years)
