Project Manager – Luxury Custom Residential Construction

A high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of luxury custom home projects—from pre-construction through final delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and permitting

• Manage full project execution: schedule, budget, quality, and jobsite operations

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and vendors; drive accountability in the field

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement of long-lead items

• Maintain strong on-site presence to monitor progress and workmanship

• Serve as primary client contact; lead meetings, walkthroughs, and updates

• Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution

• Manage project closeout, punch lists, and client handover

Qualifications:

• 7 years of construction project management experience

• 3 years in luxury custom homes or high-end renovations

• Strong knowledge of residential construction, budgeting, and scheduling

• Proven ability to manage projects hands-on in the field

• Experience with PM tools (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills with clients, architects, and trades

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
