Assistant Project Manager – Remodeling

Westwood Custom is a Charlotte‑based residential builder seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our Remodeling Division. This role assists with scheduling, quality control, punchlists, inspections, and trade coordination on residential renovation and addition projects—often in occupied homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily activities with trade partners and vendors
- Assist with inspections, scheduling, and WebPermit tracking
- Perform quality checks and manage punchlists
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Assist with material orders, deliveries, and field changes
- Support purchase order review and daily logs
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years residential construction or remodeling experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable working in occupied homes
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
