The Account Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing operational activities across multiple field partners. Key Responsibilities
- Service Coordination — Manage and schedule field resources based on project requirements, skill sets, and availability.
- Work Order Management — Ensure all project details are accurately documented within the work order system.
- Contract Setup — Establish new service contracts and issue purchase orders when needed.
- Customer Communication — Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and support.
- Quote Preparation — Gather pricing information and prepare customer quotes.
- Cross‑Team Coordination — Collaborate with parts acquisition teams and account managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting — Generate and interpret assigned operational reports.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of relevant operational or scheduling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
