Commercial Property Manager

A well-established Charlotte-based commercial real estate firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee and help grow its property management platform, with a primary focus on industrial, flex, warehouse, and outdoor storage properties throughout the Charlotte region.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, inspections, and service contracts
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, rent collections, CAM reconciliations, and financial performance
• Support client retention and new business development efforts
• Improve processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiencies
• Play a key role in building a scalable property management platform

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, accounting, operations, construction coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with leases, budgets, vendors, and tenant relations
• Knowledge of property accounting and reporting preferred
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• North Carolina real estate license preferred, but not required
