Accounting Manager
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in financial reporting and analysis. This is a hands-on position with visibility across the business and opportunities for growth into payroll and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting)
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Contribute to project accounting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
- Review customer contracts and ensure accurate account setup
- Provide hands-on support across AP, AR, and general accounting functions
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations
- Gradually take on payroll responsibilities and team support as the role grows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
