Subcontracts Administrator

Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has teamed with several prominent and successful companies in the Metro DC area to identify Subcontracts Administrators. The Subcontracts Administrator will assist with non-complex, routine cradle-to-grave subcontracts administration. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cradle to grave subcontracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance to DCAA/DCMA requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate subcontractor flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements related to subcontracting and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiations with subcontractors
• Working with various contracts such as T&M, FFP,
• Maintain subcontract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirements

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with cradle-to-grave federal government subcontracts administration
• Solid understanding of regulations including FAR, DFAR, and CAS
• Familiarity with Small Business Reporting and ESRS
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of CPSR requirements is highly desired

Pay Range: Salary $60,000.00 to $125,000.00
