Responsibilities
- Develop and improve logistics tools, processes, and solutions supporting complex DoD programs and integrated systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise in sustainment planning, equipment management, and the acquisition lifecycle at the program level.
- Analyze logistics processes and requirements, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop practical solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
- Support the management, coordination, and shipment of high volumes of government and contractor equipment and materials.
- Partner with senior engineering and program teams to ensure logistics solutions meet design, material, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of logistics management experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle, sustainment planning, and equipment management for multi-million-dollar programs.
- Experience managing or supporting high-volume equipment/material shipments within government or defense environments.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting complex integrated systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SOF/SMU logistics, handling classified shipments and experience with interagency logistics.
Salary : $98,000 - $198,000
