Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-award project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Coordinate with Government AORs, technical teams, and performers to track progress and deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates across all parties
- Identify project risks/issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed
- Monitor financial performance, maintain reporting accuracy, and contribute to process improvements
Key Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a government or defense environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
- Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes
