Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Other Transaction (OT) agreements supporting defense prototyping efforts across the full contract lifecycle
- Oversee, mentor, and direct a team of contracts professionals, including task delegation, performance management, and document approval
- Serve as primary liaison with government customers, performers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Drive complex contract negotiations, mitigate risk, and provide strategic guidance on contractual and performance-related issues
- Ensure all agreements, documentation, and contract activities comply with FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal regulations
Key Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 7 years of Government/DoD contracting experience, including managing complex contract portfolios
- 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience within a contracts or acquisition environment
- Strong expertise in FAR/DFARS, contract lifecycle management, and risk analysis/mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
