The Analyst will be responsible for supporting construction contracts, vendor administration and payment processing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or construction. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Executive Engineering and Design team
- Develop, issue and maintain approvals, service orders, contracts and PO’s
- Support management in contract support, financial reporting and documentation for capital budgets
- Ensure all project related data is entered into the system timely and accurately
- Aid with other assigned tasks/projects and customer inquiries
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of Associates, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience, ideally in Hospitality or Design/Construction industry
- Strong knowledge in construction and contract administration or contract support preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills. Intellect Software experience a strong plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support the staff and management effectively
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure on tight deadlines
