Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital link in the preparation and delivery of internal and external communications for our Benefits Compliance division. You will play a key role in supporting annual nondiscrimination testing by coordinating confidential data and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.This position requires a blend of administrative excellence, data validation, and proactive communication to support our Group Health and Retirement teams in both day-to-day operations and specialized annual initiatives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the intake and tracking of annual nondiscrimination testing data. Review daily reports to identify discrepancies and coordinate directly with external stakeholders to resolve missing or conflicting information.Use internal systems to route, monitor, and track documents under review, ensuring all milestones are met and approvals are secured within regulatory deadlines.Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries regarding compliance documentation. Provide accurate information based on established resources or escalate complex issues to subject matter experts.Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, including onsite and offsite storage.
