Pay Range: Hourly $30.00 to $38.00

Key Responsibilities
- PAC Fundraising & Operations: Implement fundraising and contributor stewardship strategies to meet growth metrics. Maintain meticulous PAC records, ensure compliance, and manage the candidate distribution budget.
- Event Coordination: Lead and support the planning and execution of major advocacy events, including annual meetings/summit.
- Communications: Partner with marketing teams and vendors to create compelling newsletters, annual reports, solicitations, and web content. Draft executive reports and presentations for the Board and leadership.
- Grassroots & Liaison Work: Act as the primary staff liaison to the policy and advocacy work group to engage young physicians. Grow and mobilize grassroots network of member physicians and patient advocacy partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Political Science, Healthcare Policy, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years in government relations, PAC management, campaign fundraising, or a similar environment. Strong project management skills are essential.
- Skills: Proven ability to raise funds, build professional relationships, and manage donor stewardship programs.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of PAC compliance rules, regulations, and the federal legislative process.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills; able to draft clear, persuasive memos, presentations, and correspondence for physician leadership with minimal supervision.
- Tech & Flexibility: Proficient with MS Office and membership databases. Ability to work flexible hours around major events and tight deadlines.
