Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and revenue reports.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional guest services.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting safety checks throughout the property.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial reconciliations for management review.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and assisting with special guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with guest services procedures, hotel security protocols, and resort operations is advantageous.
