- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and brand standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely as required by the job duties.
