Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning services across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of housekeeping activities, incident reports, and maintenance requests to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial supervision within a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and safety protocols related to cleaning operations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
