- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial supervision within a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial best practices.
