The Role
We are seeking a polished, energetic, and experienced Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join us for our morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly attitude, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support seamless operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong communication skills with proper phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
