Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Spark by Hilton, located in Tuscumbia, AL. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations including guest services, staff management, financial performance, property maintenance, and marketing initiatives. They will lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, foster a positive work environment, develop operational strategies, and implement efficient processes to meet business objectives.
