Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as excellent customer service skills to ensure a safe and functional environment for all guests.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues.
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facility upkeep.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain property standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure maintenance issues are completed effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Hotel and apartment knowledge.
- Experience in residential painting is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities to address maintenance challenges efficiently.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
