What You'll Do
You will support members throughout the process, from the initial consultation to application completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with union members through inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling and conducting virtual or telephone appointments
- Presenting benefit programs clearly and professionally
- Helping members understand options based on their individual needs
- Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
- Upholding company standards for service, quality, and compliance
- Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
