What You’ll Be Doing
Connecting with members who have requested follow-up information
Hosting virtual appointments and online presentations
Explaining program details in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Supporting members through digital forms and enrollment steps
Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Adhering to quality guidelines and compliance standards
Taking part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
