Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients who have requested information
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Present benefit options clearly and professionally
- Assist with applications and ensure accurate completion of documentation
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Maintain basic administrative tasks and data entry
- Participate in training and leadership development programs

Qualifications
