Key Responsibilities
- Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conferencing
- Clearly explain coverage options and answer client questions
- Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up service
- Participate in training and personal development while contributing to overall team growth

Qualifications
