Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, support, and mentor the nursing team
Provide training, evaluations, and direction to ensure staff success
Foster a positive work culture focused on quality care
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
Participate in surveys and inspections; address deficiencies as needed
Oversee infection control, safety, and nursing protocols
Resident Care & Advocacy
Promote compassionate, dignified care for all residents
Respond to resident and family concerns effectively
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on admissions and transitions
Operations & Budget Oversight
Manage staffing and departmental budget
Monitor supply and resource utilization
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
5 years of RN experience (skilled nursing or long-term care preferred)
2 years of nursing leadership experience
CPR certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
On-call responsibilities as needed
