Join our compassionate team at Southwestern Nursing and Rehab as a Full-Time, Evening Shift RN Supervisor.

We’re currently hiring for a Full Time, Evening shift supervisor. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a supervisory role and help ensure high-quality care and smooth weekend operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity of care during your shift
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families
• Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety
• Assist with staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift reporting
• Communicate effectively with department heads and administrative team as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Infection control certification preferred
