Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Media Manager, represents the Southern Ute DRUM in a positive, professional manner while providing Administrative/Secretarial and advertising support. This position is a grade N9; pay is $21.48/hour.
Education And Experience
Must have 2 years of experience in a secretarial /clerical capacity.
Must have 1 year of experience in Macintosh operating systems.
Must have computer experience with software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel and Desktop Publishing
Must have general knowledge of photography and ad layout and design.
Must have general knowledge of budgets, general procurement procedures, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Must have a valid Driver’s License for the state of residency and be insurable under the Tribal Vehicle Insurance policy.
Must pass a thorough background check including Criminal History and fingerprint check.
Preferred Qualifications
AA or BA degree.
