Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Aid Officer located in Brandon, FL. The Financial Aid Officer is responsible for helping students navigate the financial aid process, ensuring compliance with all Title IV regulations, and performing financial aid-related counseling. Additional responsibilities include developing financial plans, providing excellent customer service, and supporting students in understanding their financial aid options.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Title IV programs and Student Financial Aid regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills for assisting and counseling students
- Understanding of finance and financial planning as it pertains to educational funding
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with institutional and federal requirements
- Experience in an educational or financial services setting is a plus
- Bilingual a huge plus due to our broad student body.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to financial aid administration
