What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Registrar position at Southern Technical College?
We our seeking an Associate Registrar. Responsibilities include:
· Assist with scheduling students in accordance with course offerings and their graduation requirements.
· Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the term and annual schedule of courses for all programs offered on campus.
· Assist with the data entry of student information into the Campus Vue system.
· Aid in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly statistical information.
· Assist in administering, assembling and submitting results of monthly student evaluation surveys.
· Serve as source of administrative, and academic procedural information to students, potential students, faculty and staff.
· Assist in ensuring that SAP procedures are followed properly by campus.
· Monitor academic records to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- A two-year degree or equivalent post-secondary coursework experience is required in a related area from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
- At least two years’ relevant experience.
