Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for the Director of Financial Aid. The Director of Financial Aid will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all financial aid programs. Daily responsibilities include administering financial aid processes, managing enrollment operations in alignment with institutional goals, supervising staff, providing high-quality customer service to students and families, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Aid Administration and understanding of compliance requirements
- Experience in Enrollment Management and processes
- Expertise in NSLDS and FSA Connect
- Knowledge of Finance and budget management principles
- Exemplary Customer Service skills with a focus on supporting students and families
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with financial aid management systems and related technology
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in higher education or similar institutional settings is a plus
