What You'll Do 🩺

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Respond to urgent and emergency medical situations with confidence.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients with chronic and acute medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and wellness.
• Foster a safe, professional, and compassionate healthcare environment.

Qualifications ✅

• Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.
• Previous correctional, emergency, or medical surgical nursing experience is a plus but not required.
