• ️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

As a Night Shift RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care while serving as a trusted clinical leader during overnight hours. You’ll work closely with residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents overnight
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic nighttime environment
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night hours
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
