What You'll Do 🩺

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with sick call, chronic care, and intake screenings.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient health status.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and facility staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Accurately document care in the electronic medical record.
• Promote a safe, professional, and respectful healthcare environment.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining security awareness in a correctional setting.

Qualifications ✅

• Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.
• Previous correctional, emergency, medical surgical, or long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
