Job Description
As a PRN CNA, you will assist nursing staff with patient care and daily medical operations within the facility while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with patient intake and medical screenings
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Supporting nurses with daily patient care activities
- Preparing exam and treatment areas
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
- Assisting with medical emergencies as directed by nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Correctional or medical experience preferred, but not required
